TKC & Partners AG is committed to conducting its business with integrity, transparency and respect for applicable legal and regulatory requirements, human rights and responsible business practices.

RJC Certification

TKC & Partners AG is currently in the process of obtaining certification against the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) Code of Practices.

As part of this certification process, the company is reviewing and further strengthening its policies, due diligence processes, supplier and business partner controls, compliance documentation and management system.

The objective is to ensure that responsible business practices are systematically implemented, documented and continuously reviewed throughout the relevant business activities and supply chain.

Business Ethics and Compliance

During the reporting period, no incidents relating to bribery, corruption, fraud or other unethical business practices were identified. No conflicts of interest requiring corrective action were identified.

Gifts and Hospitality

No gifts, benefits or other inappropriate advantages were accepted during 2026. No circumstances were identified that could have resulted in inappropriate influence on business decisions.

Human Rights and Responsible Business Conduct

No known incidents or concerns relating to human rights violations, child labour, forced labour, discrimination, harassment or other serious social compliance matters were identified during the reporting period.

Relevant human rights and responsible business conduct aspects are considered within supplier and business partner relationships.

Suppliers and Business Partners

Relevant suppliers and business partners are subject to risk-based review. This includes, where applicable, business ethics, human rights, responsible sourcing, compliance with the Code of Conduct and sanctions-related checks.

No material violations of the applicable Code of Conduct were identified during supplier audits reviewed in the reporting period.

Complaints and Grievances

No material complaints or grievances relating to unethical business conduct, human rights, responsible sourcing or other relevant compliance matters were reported during 2026.

Corrective Actions

No significant compliance incidents requiring corrective action were identified during the reporting period.

Management Commitment

The CEO has direct responsibility for the implementation and oversight of the company's compliance and responsible business practices.

TKC & Partners AG remains committed to continuously reviewing its risks, business relationships and management processes and to further developing its management system as part of the ongoing RJC certification process.
